Anyone know what happened on the m25 today j19-20 everyone diverted through Watford town
Think there was a fatal accident, they were putting screens up around the scene…if so RIP

#M25 #J20 clockwise between the slips serious accident all lanes blocked. Summary, clockwise closed at J19 follow A41 and A405 to rejoin at J21A, anticlockwise down and up closure at J20 causing tailbacks to before J21A, this will be removed when screens are in place in lane 3
I believe a person was ejected from the car when it crashed. Very sad but a seatbelt would have probably saved his life, saved thousands of drivers lots of disruption and saved the country a few millions £’s

This incident happened about 100 ft in front of me and I called the emergency services. I won’t speculate on the cause of the accident but no seatbelt would have made a scrap of difference. The victim was an elderly lady. Horrible scene. RIP.

Having dealt with numerous incidents like this, I feel for you. Not a nice experience
