M25 junction 3 to 4 closed

M25 junction 3 to 4 closed, big crash allegedly

Reportedly a HGV vs Pedestrian, happened at 3:30 a.m.

What is it with people walking on major roads ?
We had this happen on the A14 in Huntingdon the other day, in the early hours

PISHED! :sunglasses: easier to navigate up the hard shoulder! :grimacing: :grimacing:

Saw someone hitch hiking on M1 northbound hard shoulder last week somewhere near Rotherham!

I passed the scene this morning
There was a UPS Daf on the hard shoulder and the police were combing the motorway papersuited

This pedestrian wasn’t the only one today. As I came over the A127 around 6.15am there was some ■■■ sitting on the central reservation. His bag of belongings had been run over, his clothes, shoes and everything else in his bag were all across the motorway, and another of our drivers nearly hit a woman who was walking in the road round Brooke Street Roundabout in the early hours of this morning too

…then after the line of cops there were 2 trainers lying on the tarmac 10m apart.

Should learn to tie shoelaces properly. :smiling_imp:

Harsh but a 2 shoer usually means fatal a 1 shoer is touch and go for survival in accident investigation all to do with ‘pedestrian throw’ and the force they get hit with
