No horse dung Sherlock , and the worst place is jct 3 to Dartford tunnel
These road works are a complete pain in the arse. They time them for being across the “Free” part of the night, so, no doubt - we’re supposed to think “Hey, if I can get through the tunnel before 10pm - I’ll not be held up for 1-3 hours!”
Shame there’s still a charge in place for doing that though.
Hauliers must be feeling the pinch - among those that have their entire fleets using the tunnel regular.

IIRC there were originally supposed to be four London orbital roads. The M25 is a combination of the third and fourth ring roads.
