‘Not enough profit in the job…’ Then don’t DO the [zb] job.

Or even if they say ok they’ll pay it tell em you still don’t want the job.Or sub it out to someone with the right kit for five quid and a mars bar less. It’s worth that to avoid the aggro of the place.Assuming it isn’t Epsom or Byfleet for example in which case don’t tell em I told you they’re not even in London. :bulb:

A dob of grease is often your friend

If it’s Uxbridge you’re ok with euro 4 :sunglasses:

£ 30 or £60 fine for obscured or completely forgetting to put on the rear one with no points works well enough as and when the need arises…compare that to £200 per day is a bit of a no brainer if you do the maths, but if the jobs rate is so poor then it cant be subbed, then obviously doing the maths is beyond them…yet another example of subbys fighting over the scraps as busy poor men.

You might want to consider getting a newer truck given that even Euro 6 has been out half a decade and a pre-Euro 4 would be at least 15 years old. The London LEZ is only the start, Birmingham and several other major cities including Leeds have indicated they intend to roll out LEZs too.

Bristol is mulling over bringing forward it’s CAZ. transport-network.co.uk/Bri … flat/16097
Every local authority across the country will have to do the same in the next few years to comply with emission limits.

Edit: Here’s a list of local authorities across the UK that have or are planning CAZ,ULEZ’s google.com/maps/d/viewer?mi … 00054&z=11

Yes Maidstone is joining the list as well. The idiots just don’t get that they are the cause by building so many houses.
