I was wondering what had happened, as it came up with M25 closed J25-24 just as I was turning off for the M11 last night… There was a row of cars in some kind of multi-shunt on the clockwise carriageway just short of J28 as well, about this time, police car on it’s way to attend as I continued past the golf course the other way…
Coming back that same stretch later, there was now two artics and a couple of cars all on the hard shoulder, with another VOSA vehicle attending this time. Looked like a side-swipe, going by the damage to the foreign offside bumper, and the left back of one of the cars…
Apologies, it was an intrusive panel stating that a man in his 20’s had died… It actually related to a seperate RTA on the J6-5 stretch of the M25, also in the early hours of this morning.
Open now both ways I believe. But still lanes closed to repair the central reservation
