It would be interesting to know how many other mistakes have been made in getting the legislation right. I got stopped for ignoring a weight limit which, when I made enquiries, turned out to be illegal. The full procedure had not been carried out and it was unenforceable.
It would be nice to actually reach the speed indicated on the matrix!
40 flashing merrily away when all lanes are crawling along at 5mph for 10miles 
Too much of my life has been wasted crawling along that awful road that I will do anything to avoid it, not easy with a non lez motor 
I wish the HA would stop ■■■■■■■ about with these temporary limits at night! Cone off the lanes! Not many vehicles overnight and empty motorway sections down to 40mph. Not forgetting the control taking upto an hour to turn off when any work is completed!
