As of 1745 anyone in north bound queue, going to be hours closed, still cutting someone out car. From what I could see, ,Hgv, car and rigid. Not nice.
Avoid if heading that way. After j10 towards j11.

Avoid M11 altogether, birchanger stuffed and Harlow not good. A12 worse than ever. God knows what A1 is like.
Not serious injuries. 
We had crews implement full closure so there was less traffic trapped but still had over 8 miles of traffic behind the scene. Was looking to send cars down a works access into Newport but the driver who was stuck in the tailback, thought he would just nip out of the traffic and across the hard shoulder and down the works access, should have looked in his mirror before attempting to leave the queue of traffic because then he would have seen the Police BMW on blues and twos travelling the hard shoulder and he would have not got T boned by it.
