M11 southbound

M11 south bound, just noth of J8. Anyone know the SP? I drove north earlier on(about 04:30) and it looks nuclear on the southbound carriageway. Approx 4 miles of lorries parked up on the hard shoulder. I’ve been off for the last couple of days so haven’t listened to any travel bulletins.

I assume the heroes ( wannabe firemen ) on here would of tried to save the unit !! Though I must admit In this instance I’d of not sat on the bank watching it burn

Looked like a mushroom cloud from a distance… I’d have to agree with OP’s description “Nuclear” there.

So, well publicised then :smiley: On my rest days I adopt the stance of an ostrich! Plus the missus lines up all the jobs I’d successfully ‘put off till tomorrow’. No time for news.
