Perhaps some of the vast sums of money paid by us to use motor vehicles on the roads could be used to provide cameras for such places.
They seem to have cameras for everything else, why not have some useful ones.

Ive said it before and will say it again why dont the money we spend to have the privalage of driving a motor vehicle be spent on putting up some kind of fence to stop these little ■■■■■ throwing things and if they say they cant afford it lets just throw the little ■■■■■ of the severn bridge.
