did anyone else see the foreigner in a blue premium with a red peugeot 307 attached to his bumper sideways and pushed for what looked like a good distance (from the scrapes on the carraigeway) i think it was inbetween junctions 9 & 8 (but i may be wrong)
to me it looked like
A, the peugeot had tried to cut in and the driver didnt see the wagon and got stuck sideways on his front
or
B, the premium driver side swiped it and pushed it round on to his bumper
