Approx 7am? Didn’t know whether to call 999 is it an emergency? Suppose it could be!

The only cyclist on a motorway i have seen was just past Meadowhall north between the stick cranes,old chap sit up and beg bike wicker basket trilby hat happy as larry lol

Seen plenty of pedestrians on the motorway, I always call 999. If they’re aware, they’ll tell you, if not they’ll ask for more details.
