Are you talking about what speed you drive at? If no gantry signs then it’s foot down all the way.
What if your in a rural area with no Gantries and you have 2 lanes coned off?
I however drive STGO3 so I keep to my maximum speed 
I have yet to be informed to drive less than 40mph.
yeah sorry if theres no signs to tell you to slow down then yeah deffinately no reason to slow down its just that you always see someone in a car/van/bus/truck slowing to 45/50mph (which if thats what they wanna do then so be it) just wondered what others opinion was

I very much doubt you would have lane 1and 2 closed, and lane 3 at a free for all 70mph.
Or 60mph for the pedantic amongst you
