There is a street lamp that is in a bad position because its right in the tail sweep path. To be honest the street is full of needless ‘‘street furniture’’ that all wants ripped out then you’d have no problems. Maybe the wrong sized trailer was sent?

First vid is pointless, the second vid was the way to go from the start, get the second unit under it and drag the ■■■■■■■ out. Unless the first unit went back under to knock the back end away from C&G? So that when unit 2 got under it, the bump didn’t clip the building?
As for the cause of the incident, wrong trailer for the job. If they had sent it out on an urban, they would have got away with that. And yes, someone will say that there is a chance there was too much load for an urban, but then ended up sending out two drivers anyways! And the Beeb was giving them negative coverage! I am sure that they have sent a full length trailer to that store a million times too, but the last million times don’t make up for the one time a car has broken down, or a new driver who doesn’t know the best route in or any number of things which can turn a “umm, thats tight mate” into a “you is 'avin a bubble!”

Looking at google maps you dont reverse down there was a enterance before that lane go down that one turn right then right again then back onto bay ,then straight out to that turning.
