If a lorry is being loaded overnight Monday to Friday at a customers depot without the driver being there and parked up at weekends at its own operating centre, does the operator require a second O licence for the customers premises?

How about this one?
If a vehicle is always parked up weekends at its own operating centre but in the week M to F on hire to a firm but is stood idle or stand by for 1 or 2 days/nights in the week waiting (on call) for a job to do for that company.
Does the operator of that vehicle need to apply for a second operating centre?
