I am trying to get a proper job. There ain’t a jobsite I’m not registered with and I’ve applied for everything going. I’ve also rang round all the haulage firms courier firms etc in a 20 mile radius.

So what does that suggest to you? In your shoes I’d identify all the companies you’re interested in working for then I’d find a telephone number for them and get through to their HR department if they have one or the transport office. I’d ask them if the used agencies to recruit and if so I’d ask for the name of that agency and also a contact name and number. It’s not the best time of year so be prepared for the agency bod to tell you porkies regarding the amount of work they have and don’t get too excited. If you’re paying the bills already you might want to wait a while, up to you.

From your plumber to your haulage contractor, we do what the government classed as legal.

Made me laugh that has

You keep living in your bubble mate, someone will be along to pop it one day.

You keep plodding on with your haulage contracting mate. Makes no difference to me.

Don’t say no one ever told you though.
