I just rang an agency to get some van work whilst Im training for cat C and he said I’m sure there will be a loophole for IR35. Not sure I’m impressed with that attitude.
If there is one the agencies will find it.

Personally I dont want a loophole that could potentially come back to bite me in the wallet at some unknown time in the future

I have been Ltd for 8yrs now and dare I say it, I have done very well out of it. But I am thinking about going full time now. I would think it is going to be too risky carrying on with Ltd, all good things come to a end

Could end up with an Igloo / New Wave / Think Accounting situation where its the drivers getting the tax demands again.
Not sure how it works if theres a 3rd party doing the payroll for the agency?
There are plenty of big companies who do that for agencies (umbrella and Ltd) so not sure if agency or those companies in that case would be potentially liable for calculating IR35.
