found out i qualify for a cdl loan but they have to be learning skills registered(lsc) and having trouble in finding one around the west midlands its not the route i wanted to go down in getting my class1 but as funds are tight etc its only way so does anybody no of any lsc hgv courses arond the west midlands strangley the lsc dont keep a list

then click on driving, and just scroll down, and if you phone any of them up, ask them if they are registered with the lsc, it does take quite a few form filling etc, but hope you might be lucky.

thanks for that…loks like the lsc is no more and renamed skills something, but good grief phoned the midlands office and talk about passing pillow to post and after all the calls to different numbers they gave me, still no clear answer im afraid after ringing around some trainers i got the clear message that they didnt want to touch them something about they want to pay after youve passed and to much paperwork and after todays farse i can see why, name and shamed a total disgrace they sound over the phone as if theve just given up.
