Low height tractor units

Can anyone tell me whether a low height tractor unit, i.e. one with smaller wheels, that normally drags a euro high-volume trailers (<4m), can tow standard height trailers. Presumably the 5th wheel needs to be adjustable un and down?

Does anyone haved experience of this type of kit?

You see alot of low height, high volume kit around, especially in europe, and I wondering what the pro’s and con’s are of this set-up, as I’m thinking about buying a set-up.

Any info would be appreciated,
