Alternatively offer no punishment at all beyond tattooing a purple square in the middle of their forehead.
Then pass a law that it’s perfectly legal to maim (but not kill) anyone with a purple square on their forehead should you have had a bad day at work

im a very easy going sort …but I could happily punch the [zb] until my my knuckles couldn’t take anymore . as a father and grandfather I believe these scum should be put down . but they seem to get jailed and kept apart from other prisoners for their safety ■■?
Death by 1000 cuts. The Chinese really knew how to traumatize their rejects. Got an old black & white photo of this taking place but dont think it would be allowed on here - Its really gruesome but would be perfect for Watkins and his ilk. Slow as ■■■■ and fully conscious - yeah !!!

Put him on a ball and chain and make him smash rocks with a sledge hammer for two years and then hang him. The Judge needs to tell him exactly what he’s going to get when sentencing him !!!
