Lost my digital card called up to order a new one forgot to ask them where is it sent.
Lost one a few years back and had to pick one up from vosa test station but I thought they are all closed now.
Looked on government website and it says test station or dvla office but I thought they are shut too.?
I would think they’d send it to the address on your driving licence, that’s where you’re supposed to be living. Failing that ring them back & ask.
Just did there now sent to your home address which is much more helpful.
They used to send them to DVLA local offices, especially on change-of-address so that they could take the old one off you to prevent you keeping (and using) both to make it “look” legal.
However, now they’ve closed all the DVLA local offices, so they have to send them to your home address (as shown on your licence).
