You can print off this form (COLOUR ONLY) and use it for your change of address and replacement card application.
Looks like the new address is taken from your driving licence…
If you have lost the card it must be reported, but you will be paying for a replacement. An address change is free

Good - licence has got new address
Use that form I posted a link to earlier for a lost card and a change of address - the option is on that form
Cheers for posting that link Rog, I looked a while back at changing my address and found nothing!!! Will do Monday!!

You still have to pick the new card up from VOSA or the local DVLA office in exchange for your old one when it is issued

I think that is for a lost or damaged or faulty card. With a damaged card or faulty card you return it with the form and with the lost card you don’t have anything to exchange. With a change of address you have to hand in the new card when you get the corrected one.
