After leaving a store which I just delivered to I had a Right turn to some traffic lights which I turn left at almost back on myself (Sharp turn) towing a 45 foot trailer, Two lanes at lights with one car in front of me, “ Right lane straight on” / “ Left lane for left turn only”. As needed the space straddled both lanes with left hand indicator on. Also as just turn right the trailer and unit where not straight but I was not block traffic coming toward me!
A Taxi “surprise” Undertakes me, as he squeezes up the inside of me I open the passenger door point to the indicators asking what the ■■■■ he thinks he’s doing if I move off you would be obliterated! Slams the door shut and he mounts the kerb passes and stops next the other car, I continue my rant I’m not very happy by now! I’m also concerned that other my try the same! As the lights finally change he give me a hand jester and continuous straight on from the left hand lane, I doubt he noticed who much room the truck tuck up turning left and the space he was satin soon disappeared.
I just cannot understand why anyone would even think of chancing it up the inside of a truck especially one signalling left? But it seem to be getting worst!
It happens and will likely happen again soon, my advice as long as they are not in the way when you move off just forget they even exist as when you react they still couldn’t care less
Don’t talk to me about taxi drivers! (Right Rob?) 
Just think ahead & take as much road as you need, if you have to block 2 lanes for a few seconds, so be it. I try to position my wagon so no one can sneak up the inside or the outside, but always bear in mind Bikes, that’s where you need eyes in your Arse, co’s they will appear from nowhere !
Try not to get angry, there’s always someone bigger & crazier than you out there !!!

Yes you did, the roads are full of idiot drivers car and truck, your just bringing yourself down to their level.

When I was younger on the roads I was a very angry young man, now in general I just float around in my own little world and let everyone else do what they want. Stress isnt good for you, and you dont want to damage your health just for the sake of a few drivers. Here endeth the lesson
Interestingly, if the taxi were obliterated with no harm to the driver, then his livelihood is gone whilst the insurance companies decide it’s his fault, and they’re not paying etc etc.
You’d think that so much financial risk to the self-employed driver would mean trying to STAY OUT OF TROUBLE rather than acting in a maniac manner, like a poor poker player who’s big on pushing, and small on stack.
No one worries about insurance liabilities when someone DOES get killed either. So what if the payout affords a fancier coffin. Big deal.

One of our drivers turned left, and a young driver slammed into his N/S, fair do’s his father turned up and said sorry to our driver and stated it was his sons lack of experience that caused the accident.
Losing your temper, not worth it, there in the wrong.
a lot of the taxi drivers are nobs,makes me laugh when i deliver in town and they go mad when you have to park in the taxi bays to do a delivery but it’s ok when you can’t get in a loading bay when they’re parked in it picking someone up from iceland.
Treat every single one of them with contempt.
…That’s when the cabbies are not pulled in the loading bay area for tea and snack, refusing to move when asked “Cos’ we’re on break!”
There’s been a few drivers that have nudged taxis gently out of the way whilst reversing between the pillars at Paddington RM office… 
Oddly enough, the cabbies are quite happy to “come off break” to run over and have a go when they see their cab moving sideways… Shame they couldn’t do it when asked nicely by someone actually doing some work, rather than stuffing their face.

I think I just had enough of it that day! The amount of people effectively playing “Russian Roulette” with a truck! I can remember a school all the road safety stuff, and thinking “where not stupid you know”! But it seem i was wrong? 
Take comfort when a cabbie does something stupid that at least your customers wont climb into your cab and vomit everywhere.
Although not always possible i try to block the lane completely thus avoiding problems like these, but i dont blame you for having a go at him.
I don’t get over excited with them any longer. I might have done a few times when i was wet behind the ears, But now i look for other ways to show them who’s boss. Like show them how skillful i am by passing there mirror with just .5mm to spare. Or saying things like “I wouldn’t do that mate, I’m the worst [zb]ing driver they’ve got, 16 accidents this month already”.
