Lorry gets trapped outside city train station

Answers on a postcard please to Blue Peter, did he use a cheap Chinese sat nav from the internet that’s designed for a car and didn’t want to pay the extra investment for a HGV sat nav to protect the vocational licence?

The superman cape of wearing a hi-vis will not prevent you being filmed on social media.

There is a Home Bargains store in Shrub Hill, so he isn’t in the totally wrong place. It appears that the loading bay is around the back in Cromwell Rd.

From the link…“The road works outside Shrub Hill didn’t help.”

Open case. Driver error? Road works making the road too tight?

An experienced driver might look at roadworks and decide that the turn has been made impassable. A newer one might think that roadworks will not be put in such a place as to make a turn too tight.

Very sure I don’t know here.

Let he who has never sinned…
Slow news day obviously.

Unless it’s a hole in the road I’d of just knocked it out the way to get round , traffic lights / cones etc , I believe he was a inexperienced driver as he was being far to careful
Said by someone who’s experience of knocking down road works traffic lights or rearranging cones / barriers ( none have ever damaged the tri .
