Lorry driver dies on M4 23/2/15

An overturned truck in a ditch on the M4 near Swindon, does anybody know who it was or what firm, RIP Drive, it happened at about 3.30 am.

Gregory Distribution, carrying cola.

The driver of the Gregory Distribution vehicle was employed by a contractor and worked for the haulage firm on a permanent basis

It cant be as the report says westbound and the MAN place is on the eastbound side

I passed it going the other way and it didn’t look too bad, they were letting traffic through too

Driver was 48 years old from Burnham-on-Sea.

To be fair,it didn’t look that bad. Bit of an acute angle leaving the road, but from the pic, on it’s side,offside up?

That’s what I thought when I passed it. Unless he didn’t have his seat belt on and got thrown around the cab or, worse still, the truck landed on a fence post.

My wife really freaks out when she sees things like this and tbh it gives me the willies too. You never know when you’re number’s up.
