Lorry driver charged with manslaughter of 39 [Merged]

Wheel Nut:
I often wonder if Limey Phil was involved and decided the outright bravado and leaving his drugs on display was a way to say, ey up Guv. I have had enough. He cannot have been so stupid to give us so many clues as to his game.

Anybody know if he’s still inside? I forget how long he got.

Old news, but the MSM, take time to catch up.
bbc.co.uk/news/amp/world-eu … ssion=true.

Why would he want to surrender and get over here asap that bit dont make sense

“indicated that he would not appeal and wanted to be surrendered to the UK authorities as soon as the legal formalities allowed.”

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
you find that those in a superior position told him thats what he was going to do to keep the attention away from their doorstep when he is bang to rights anyway.
either he does what he is told,or he gets whats likely to be coming to woody and harrison in the future.

you do as your told,or your mrs, mam, kid gets an envelope with a bullet with their name written on it…just standard practice.

the 2 fatties from warrington are noticeable by their absence…i wonder why.

Absent no longer: they have been keeping themselves busy smuggling drugs, laundering money and conspiring to commit GBH - alongside Ronan Hughes!

liverpoolecho.co.uk/news/li … g-18455157

These idiots live 1.5 miles away from Beaver Towers and I often drive past and think how sad it is for their children. Greed and stupidity in equal measure have potentially ruined their own kids futures. " What does your Dad do mate? " …erm…

And it really is a new kind of stupidity to continue contact with wanted individuals, and then to continue to commit and organise crime after you have already been lifted :unamused: Maybe these fatties have never heard of surveillance ffs…

A new kind of stupid indeed. And engaging in joint violent activities with Hughes puts paid to any idea that the sale of Woody’s truck was ‘nuffink to do with me mate, just sold them the unit, wouldn’t know them and their people smuggling selves from Adam’ .

Greedy, stupid and violent and nasty.

Good news that Hughes’ extradition has been successful though - it’s taken a while, and he did appeal once I think, so maybe the envelope was delayed in the post

Just Harrison to go.

harrisons got a good case for stopping in eire.
he is irish, there was no offence commited in uk waters or soil,he didnt return to the uk and got arrested in ireland.
if he keeps the good wee irish catholic(we hate the brits) legal team, then he has a fair chance of staying close to home, but if anyone should be extraditing him, then it should be belgium where he shipped his load of biscuits.
theres another ten or so irish owner drivers that have the bulgarian regd units to the fatties address that seem to be forgotten about sofar.
id imagine their bumholes would be twitching like a rabbits nose when the doorbell rings for the forseeable future.

He got 16 years in 2016, so he will be back about 2024 wont he, he will have tales of being Grouty

Another guilty plea: bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-essex-53199971

And another one, with more details about the alleged involvement of the other driver, Christopher Kennedy

if they are already locked up then its time served before sentencing so they might as well just accept they are getting locked up with a chocolate key.
blm should hopefully have died down by then and the media can flog this one to death as well.

I see the comments of people after the Daily Fail article, “those poor people” etc. They were as much criminals as the transporters were, clandestinely creeping into this country!!

They were illegal yes, but that doesn’t make it OK for people to make thousands and thousands smuggling people in day after day and then by their negligence or whatever accident killing them. does it? It doesn’t make the ones involved in the smuggling less guilty.

it dosent make the smugglers any less criminal no matter what they smuggle, but it dosent make illegal immigrants any less than criminal for paying smugglers to knowingly enter the uk illegally with the options to work on the black,or get visas granted so that their entire familys can jump onto the gravy train to giroland.

how long do you think itl be before the uk pays for this pondlifes family to come and stay here to milk the system for " humanitarian reasons"

similar to the glasgow taliban stabbings, possibly he was annoyed that his 3 free meals a day wernt to his liking and his free wifi was a tad slow…seems a reasonable enough reason to lose the plot and go around on a stabbing and killing spree??

+1…They pay their money, they take their chance.
They knowingly make illegal deals with organised criminals…you would think there would be a clue there somewhere, that it ain’t guaranteed you are going to travel business class,.all in, with no risks.

I’d have more sympathy with these type of parasite freeloaders, if they claimed asylum after arriving in the first comparatively safe country from where they were ‘fleeing’ from,… rather than carry on through ■■■■ knows how many more until they arrive in the UK.
Then many who do manage to get here repay our hospitality by murdering and maiming.

That well known ‘‘racist’’ :unamused: Winston Churchill would have had them either interred or deported if they were under suspicion, but apparentlly their human rights prevail over any potential indigenous innocent victims.

All these pro leftie tossers championing them from their safe middle class areas of residence boil my ■■■■.

Rob Roy they are my thoughts exactly. Well put

watch how in later years all these snowflakes will buy houses in nice areas, then because of the ever increasing number of illegals, some of them will eventually buy properties all around them resulting in their own property value going downhill rapidly with nobody wanting to buy their house as itl be surrounded by imports with the resulting carnage of the locale.
at that point it will dawn on them that they shot themselves in their own financial foot.

thats how its worked across the uk and especially from my own experience around glasgow when for years the great flood from pakistan started, but nowadays its happening again to them with the latest tsunami of great unwashed.
all you need to do is look at sturgeons own constituency to see the result.

Well, 39 would-be illegal immigrants are dead. So have paid the penalty for their illegal intent to an extent that the people traffickers and their drivers will not.

I am glad the police are catching those who have been taking thousands off them to smuggle them in 1. Because they have been assisting illegal immigration and making money out of putting illegal people into the taxpayer-supported system, 2. because if they get locked up for life it might help put a stop to a trade in which many of these illegal migrants end up bonded to traffickers who force them to work in nail bars, prostitution and skunk farms and 3 Because of course people will die locked in air tight trailers, and killing people as an occupational hazard of greed is not good.

Without wishing to derail this thread too far, it’s funny, isn’t it? Our thoughts, speech, and actions regarding mass immigration, diversity, and nationality are continually policed, censored, and shamed. But another social action, property valuation, never is. The value of a property speaks more about people’s desirability than any words could.

I’m a keen property ■■■■■■, and though I lodge, I’m always open to buying my first home. I look around on Rightmove and Zoopla. I mainly look oop north, and often see properties that seem too cheap to be true. When I locate them on Street View, I’m never surprised to see a nearby mosque. In my midlands town, the cheapest properties tend to be where members of the African community have settled en masse.

If that doesn’t speak volumes about entrenched racism, I don’t know what does. I wonder how many London lefties would have a stroke if cultural enrichment became all too real, and their property lost much value? I wonder what they’d do then?

the ones that could afford it and wanted to better themselves would up sticks and move to somewhere a bit more pink for a better quality of life as thats all you can do,simple as that.

40-50 years ago the mass exodus began with all the hotels, golf courses, fish farms, and places of value being bought up and taken over with english southerners moving away from the imports flooding in and surrounding them.
i moved to ireland 15 years ago and have basically moved back to 1980 in scotland.
in some areas here they still carry out hospital operations using whiskey but its noticeably free of pollution in that respect and il be dead before its anything close to the cesspit that the uk mainland is nowadays.

I hear Irish people are despairing at mass immigration. My impression is that it is as bad as the UK. So that’s not the case at the moment? Having an Irish passport myself, I’ve often toyed with moving there to escape here.

dublin is a toilet similar to any large uk city…as soon as your outside the tramlines then its a much better lifestyle.

same for belfast,cork,derry ect.
with derry and belfast in certain areas, once theres one undesirable face too many, then theres some polite advice that it may be advisable not to be residing there in a weeks time, and if that falls on deaf ears, then a pipe bomb through the window means the problem is solved overnight.
as soon as your out of the big city, your living a nice life in a much more relaxed style.
the wages arnt up there just as much as in the golden triangle but the end justifies the means and you would still get good decent wages.
you would get 185 euro a week on the dole single man in eire compared to £72 in the north/uk ,so if you live close to the border, then live in eire, and spend your money in the north…winwin.
virtually no speed cameras and vosa compared to england.
turn your clock back 40 years as you come off the boat, and be happy.
