Lorry driver charged with manslaughter of 39 [Merged]

itll be kept in a secure building .i know that in Suffolk the police use an alarmed hangar on an airbase to store all manner of vehicles and parts of that are involved in cases

Providing they haven’t torn the unit apart looking for items of interest - leaving a vehicle in a pile of broken bits has never been an issue for the authorities.

Cue…when I came back off holiday…

stripped to death including the trailer which also incurs more rebuild expense for the bros hughes…plod and customs seldom change standard practices.

Is there any link between these Jack the Lads and Quinn’s?

No that is a whole separate can of worms

are we referring to “poor sean and his even poorer children who are all adults” ■■
or is there another dodgy truckie bunch of cowboys that im unaware of…?

id imagine the truck will be tucked away till the trial which might be in about 3 years time assuming they find the bros in the 1st place, and also the trailer which is rented will be kept as a matter of principal seeing as there will be £ 100 per week rental money building up till its returned to the rental company which will be owed by the hughes bros.
budget in a good respray and buy yourself a proper piece of plant at the police auctions immediately after the trial though probably to appear as if they care, then plod will insist on it going through as a class b and thatl be the end of that.

I’ve a feeling you’ll never see that unit and probably trailer on the road ever again. You only have to look at all the trucks wasting away in compounds all over Europe including UK to realise that.

yep, your most prob correct seeing as its part of 39 illegals getting topped.
the trailer belongs to the rental co and its unmarked belonging to an innocent 3rd party so theres hope for them, but no doubt they will make out for pc purposes that it somehow matters and the gruntmobile into a shrine before putting it through the frag, though any scrappy worth his salt will possibly use a bit of initiative in that respect.

Unless, of course, in the unlikely event that both driver and owner are found not guilty, they will have to put it back together again.

Many years ago the interior of my cab was dismantled at Dover because someone had misread the angelic look on my face and convinced themselves that it was full of drugs. :unamused:

They then painstakingly put it all back together again.

Didn’t find the cb inside my shirt though, even though in the middle of summer I was wearing my regulation woolly lined jacket to conceal it.

If one of the charges against Maurice Robinson or Mo is for one count of money laundering , not ONE of any Trucknet comments has ever mentioned that cash MAY have been found in MO’s tang mobile when he was initially arrested .

Bit more here…

well your man harrison was served with extradition papers the other day,but thats going to be at least 6 months before he reaches uk soil unless he decides to get on with it,and from what it was saying in the sunday papers here today then i wouldnt think its likely he will just give in.
i dont buy papers, but from what the front page was saying then hewas saying that because he wouldnt turn a blind eye for the bros and was left standing by the roadside and had to make his own way back though i cant see how that was the case when he came off the dublin boat in the blue scania, after that,it was my turn for the messages and i forgot to go back and read the paper.
so its all a bit of a cliffhanger troops…but as usual, watch this space for news at tang…

The blue Range Rover the Essex drug dealers got massacred in belonged to a finance company. They got it back eventually complete with blood stains and skull fragments still inside. I think they put it on eBay in as is condition or something similar someone gave it a thorough valet and it went back on the road.

Blimey, if that was the Range Rover at wrotham that was a long time ago. History lesson.

that was a while ago when things were a bit more normal and less ott pc than nowadays.
the essex mob were brits, scumbag criminals, but brits.
the fact this lot are illegals, then it will end up like 39 state funerals for the pope to satisfy the media and the snowflakes.
if someone told plod to look at their toes with their hands clasped in front of them as the truck went past and we have staged pics of plod and boris signing a book of condolences then its not hard to see what way its going to go with the uk once again footing the bill for someone elses problem.
would it be unreasonable to say that if they were all illegal criminals and the families have said they paid between £30 and £40 grand which has been returned by the snakeheads, then it might be prudent to nab it from them and put it towards the cost of the clear up?
that would be a million pounds off the bill for a start.

I imagine that would take a while even using a rug doctor (other carpet cleaners are available)

That the one that inspired the film Layer Cake? I’d say that’s an exception rather than the role to be honest, I imagined its happened a few times. The Scania is no spring chicken though, probably owned outright.

this one.
interesting enough to watch though just pondlife exterminate pondlife at the end of the day.

A few years back I leased a golf GTi brand new for 12 months.
When I gave it back it went on general hire and some local gangsters hired it.
They were sat in the car outside a pub when someone came up and shot one of them in the head point blank.
The car was written off by the insurers due to the blood and brains.
Probably made its way back into circulation at some point though
