hi all im looking for some pictures of thames board mills in purfleet ,hoping to find some pics of milehams transport in them,or any pics with milehams transport lorries in them…found some with drapers in ,but none with milehams ,they loaded out of purfleet deep wharf as well as well as being parked up at the cafe at nine elms…

That first pic of the dodge artic was taken in Reading (Reading Corporation Bus!) possibly the A4 or the Kings Road. Mileham’s were regular’s through the town, I’m guessing that they were going to Bristol?
I have an old photo in a book of a Milehams truck pre war, but I am guessing that there is copyright on it.

looks like waste paper load,so i would think its on its way to purfllet,milehams did lots of this work from bristol…trunkera1
