i worked for s jones from aug 73 to may 90 and i am trying to compile a complete set of photos of the fleet
in 90 the fleet stood at around 125 tractors, 8 rigids, 200 plus trailers, and around 45 vehicles were painted in contract liveries. we had 20 plus in norfolk line blue, 2 in hays chemical blue, 7 tractors and 1 rigid in tesco white (yes we had that job before eddie stobart), 6 rigids in interbond blue, and 4 tractors in morline yellow (one of those was actually a renault 305)
if anyone can help wih any photos from the fleet which operated for over 80 years i will be willing to pay for photos and any postage. this is for my personal collection and is a hobby of mine which my wife says is sending me stupid!!
