Looking for advise on cat c

Hi all,
I have held my car license since 94 in NI, and currently on income support, looking to know get my cat c this way, medical and apply provisional license, do my theory training through training4all.co.uk (i think), get my practical through one of the local driving trainers then sit my driver cpc? Would this work for me if i was to do it all myself.

Cheers for any help and advise received.
Hugh

Well, that’s what I have done, got everything including CPC, out of my own hard earned wages. Best way as most companys require part or full CPC as the September deadline approaches.

Cheers jimmie, and has it worked out cheaper so to speak than going through one of the training companies?

Do you mean doing it all through a broker who will take money for doing what you can do yourself?

check out all the stickies at the top of this forum before you do anything

Avoid brokers, Look for local training companys, or if possible use some of the firms who regularly post on here.
