No, they will be carrying on as normal, we have just bought five new machines and two vans and we need additional fitters, but rather than another subcontracted fitter we are looking for one on the books full time.

“wanted, fitter, Must have own diagnostics computer”?
There won’t be many of them around. Our Texa just cost me £7k, not exactly loose change.
I would never expect someone employed by a company to provide anything of the sort. If we decide we need to get diagnostic equipment the company will provide it.

Bet you wish you’d never posted it now eh? Oh the gratitude! How dare you come on here in these hard economic times offering full time employment
Haha, yeah maybe you are right! Well I thought it would be a good place to post the job as I like the forum and I do think its a good opportunity for someone. There will always be people with spoons looking for something to stir though
Wales would be best, nearly all our work is this side of the bridge and as we would like to provide a company vehicle, we would like to save the cost of the bridge every day. If its the right man or woman for the job I would always consider.

Never thought for a moment that you did old bean.
Was more a response to Muckers comment than yours.

oops, I forgot the smiley Good to hear you are expanding in these tough times.
The initial response has been great, I intend on giving all applicants a couple of weeks to apply, but with the CV’s I have received its very promising that we will find what we’re looking for.
It’s not a great time for many company’s but I am glad to say we are staying very busy and this year looks to be our busiest yet! And that’s since 1964!
Thank you for all your input and everyone that has applied already.
