Serious question (honest) has anyone anything bad to say about Longs of Leeds employment wise?

They are a local firm to me and I have never had any desire to work there,
Iv know at least 20 lads that have been there over the years and only 1 is still there.
Constantly seem to advertise and claim you can earn 38k ,don’t sound bad for round here but I can’t see how you can earn that at longs.
They will be like all the other “larger” firms in Leeds ,downtons,walkers,viamaster,bedfords etc just a firm that want a driver to abuse until he leaves for a better job

Last time I enquired bout a job for class 2 I was told their rate was £7.77 for the first 50 hours and something like £9 after.
