Yep, why would ya bother.
I know it’s trivial, but in general the job is full of busybodies, curtain twitchers, arse crawlers, ‘old women’', weasels, snakes and grasses…and that’s only where I work.:grinning_face:

Given that Longs are a long established road transport company and this is a road transport drivers discussion forum I imagine there are plenty of people interested in the change of ownership.

This goes right back to the beginning of TNUK and is embodied in the rules. It’s always best to back up info like that with substantial proof, as information that turns out only to be a rumour can cost an ailing company mega bucks and put them out of business. It’s just responsible posting. And no, I didn’t report it!
