I didn’t know they used agency drivers [emoji57]
Maybe his sat nav map is older than the roundabout lol.
Hopefully the driver is ok and didn’t suffer some kind of medical incident, shouldn’t take the ■■■■ until we know.
The satnav said turn left on the bridle path, so he did .
“Go straight over at the roundabout”

Yes, how remiss of me. I too hope he’s ok.

And it could of held up an ambulance that needed to get over that bit of the roundabout. What is the world coming to. Me me me …
Why do people assume he has crashed it,maybe he was due a break so parked it there.

They struggle to get agency because they don’t want to pay anything so its doubtful its agency and more like their full-time permanent drivers given they barely pay above national minimum wage.

Correct

Made me laugh [emoji1360]
You may have a point because there didn’t appear to be any skid marks leading up to the roundabout.
Using a mobile phone at the same time as driving a truck seems to be a talent longs drivers practice regularly. As every time I see one of em, they’ve got a mobile clamped to their head
Back in 1987 I was training in a Bedford for my class 3 (military) somewhere in Lincolnshire, I was sitting on the engine hump and my mate Phil was driving (a very nervous person) and the instructor in the passenger seat.
The instructor told (roared at him actually) Phil to go across the round about…he did, he drove across it not around it, it was like a comic book, except for the fact it knocked me out when I hit my head on the roof.
He did make it to the other side of the roundabout and about 500 yards before he realised I might be dead
I was more angry at spending a Friday night in hospital when they where all in the ale house
This has happened at this roundabout before. Only last time driver must have noticed at last minute and used the bricks around the edge as a ramp to put it in the field Dukes of Hazard style…
yes,i saw that one.only 2km from the last roundabout he’d negotiated,so presumably hadn’t nodded off.possible medical episode?
maybe had to take evasive action so as not to flatten some dorris adjusting her make up in the mirror a whilst she texted sharron and kylie to say she was late for there shopping trip !
