I was wondering if there was any truck firms that take on 2nd men but i mean ones that don’t have licences just to give a hand loading and stuff.

DFS will be the best bet. I used to do a bit with them and Alders in Croydon delivering sofas etc but it’s only map reading and helping with unloading

not sure whats by you, but try brewery/drinks firms, majority use a drivers mate system…

Try local delivery companies,
Some said firms that have already been mentioned
Also If you are local enough to contact local breweries to see if they are taking on any draymen on the drivers mate side.
Look round local industrial estates for what companies look like they would have use for a drivers mate and give them a call. What’s the worst that can happen.
