buzzer bought it and painted it, i drove it and you supplied the roof rack and side ladder.
Could even be me driving it in photo…what a find.
Incidentally, the name F Hurren on e bay must be the one and only Frank Hurren who at the time was an owner driver

Hi all, about XVW 51 S SCANNY 111 was Shaun Morans had a low diff but pulled up hills well, bought of his Mrs as he was away at the time paid £2500 for it was cream and green as Mappo said he drove for a while the its main jocky was Micky Long he nearly always did the longer trips for STS Naples and Rome and the like, it did more work than the volvos as Les Slater told Cluey one day when he was wingin, cant remember who had it after us but its over to Horry for the history lesson, regards Buzzer.
Good morning all. As already said, Frankie bought it and kept it in our old colours and just changed the name in the Hatcher headboard, think he was on for Chingford Fruit Packers then. Richard / Mappo - yes arguablly my legs should be covered up and they are long shorts, not short longs. Does anyone have a spare pair of socks and suitable Summer footwear I could borrow. Something which would not make my feet hot, preferably with buckles. See you soon then Tone ■■■
