Your spelling of Concorezzo was correct. Used to clear customs there most weeks in the late 70,s with crated ISR rubber when pulling for Hocfun ( Colin Wilkes )
Regarding the Bakers MAN,s i,m pretty sure they had 4 of them and were supplied by Morgans at Waltham Chase.
One of the drivers with one used to park at Stubbington. Was,nt your grandad was it ■■
Before you put your pics on, this thread was struggling a bit so here,s hoping you,ve got some more.

Hello Brookie
The photo of the MANs i posted are Bakers ROW 206M (my grandad drove) and ROW 208M.
The two HRS MANs regs look like ROW 205M and ROW 207M.The last lorries Baker brought were 4 MANS. My guess is HRS brought them off of Baker. ROW 206M was brought by Tony Lovell at Keelhaul in Hamble.
R-Jacko,
Rich, keep them coming. excellent photo’s and good to see more form ainacs too. Someone told me about this site last year and it just gets better and better. You’ve got to admire people who did europe in those old day cabs with pretty much no cab comforts at all. then look at the pages where people went to the middle east, I used to feel i had it bad with 5 nights out on the trot.
Your Grandad would be well impressed with the sort of tackle they have on reasonbly local containers now, snotgobblers, super dooper space cabs etc
