Hiya Guys;
Just been talkin to Roy Smith,and he keeps askin me if Ive heard anything of the whereabouts of Phil Pragnell,so not knowing where or if hes still around Id thought Id ask any of you,It would be nice to know hes still alive and kickin… :sunglasses: :sunglasses: :sunglasses:

Shady…Hi Steve, i saw Phil a couple of years ago on the quay. I,m pretty sure that he,d retired through
illness but was still doing a bit. To be honest he did,nt look too great then, but hopefully he,s still around
alive and kicking aye.
When you next speak to Roy say hi from me and ask him if he remembers the incident in Patras on the ferry
between him and a Greek and a Turk driver.

Hi all at my daughters in Dublin just saw this on Scrapbook memories flying back in the morning

There was a driver called Bev who worked for one of the “Rice’s” of Avonmouth. That would have been about 1979/80. Had a bit of a rip roaring weekend in Carisio with him and a few others.

That would be right Gazzer. Quite a big built chap who was always full of beans. Don’t know if you noticed but he always wore a bullet round his neck on a gold chain (hence his C.B. handle “Bullet”). He would have been driving, I think, an F88 painted in Frigoscandia colours of torquoise and white. A nice bloke for company when you are week-ended.

Hi Gazzer good to see ya back on here. good trip home along the old roads?? :smiley:

Hi Pat get the kettle on be in Thurs lunch R Jimski.

Hi Tony have you got it yet ■■

Hi Shady,
Sorry haven’t seen Phil for a long time, when you talk to Roy again ask him if his brother Gordon is still around please.
Regards MaggieD

A nice 113 that Paddy Keoghan drove for me, it was a 380 EDC but was so troublesome we converted it back to a manual pump 360 and it never missed a beat again! Barry Barnes took it to the middle east.
