Hi all, Toddmck i dont remember Millard having any of the twin steer Scammells must have been after i left, he had a Scammell Crusader 290 Rolls driver called Dave Collis or Collins drove it, came from the Emsworth area and a Leyland Marthon driven by Tony Winters also from the Emsworth area back then Millard drove an 8 legger Fodan tipper on coal work had a Rolls in it went like a train also had another Fodan unit driven by a goodfella called Reg ■■? cant remember his surname anyone know his surname ■■ came from hedge end do you remember any of these drivers Toddmck ?. Hi Pat,I can put everyone out of their misery about the Bakers driver and yes he did drive for Phillips many years later. The photo was taken in the 50’s just after he came out of his National Service. It’s my eldest brother Ennis Stratton.
