Cor that was not very nice on a sunday afternoon was it Neil, day of rest and all that mate.
What he doesnt know John is that I’m not out til monday evening and enjoying a rare sunday evening at home.
Mind if I remember correctly you always had plenty in Pompey on a sunday evening shipping out. Although to be fair I never minded too much because it would have meant a weekend at home and those didnt come along very often.
Cheers
Neilf
What another Sunday nite off shady…No more lights for you then …
Evening everyone. Been handed some pics today by someone who worked for Buzzer 25 years ago as holiday relief and is back with us now. He kindly gave me a few of his pics from years ago. Ok, this one was his first ever driving job. Sure everyone can remember this truck and the number plate! Back of the picture says taken in 1987.
Last ones now… This Dane was spotted somewhere in deepest darkest Milan 1989. Apparently got wedged on the bridge, badly damaging it and the truck. Bet the driver got the hump… sorry that was rubbish

Is that not Matt Callaghan ex Robert Armstong after his discipliniary?
One of Buzzers Fifty pound notes for an answer reference said discipliniary.
Sorry Gazzer it’s not him. This chap decends from Dibden Pirleu. His name is Rob Fitton. Here is the final pic he gave me when he did a bit in the 90’s for RD.
Hi all i must agree with gazzer the guy with the blue shirt standing with the two compton truck’s does look a lot like matty.Hope your not working to hard pat.
This one is for you Pat, we had the use of this truck las year when we drove horses from Lands End to John ‘o’ Groats in aid of horses help heroes. it was on air and could take nine horses facing forward in rows of three, it also had a small living area with cooker and fridge.

Hello Gazzer, Matty shot his self in the leg (on the boat), and because of that had to leave Robert Armstrong, he worked a bit on Rawlings, had his own box to stand on when he was undoing the tilt lol lol. They let him use the fridges it was easy then for him.
