IIRC Eurohaul’s 3M boxes were Glasonite panelled (Tidd Strongbox perhaps?) & when empty, the sides certainly flexed Some had the 3M’s & Olympic logo as 3M’s were one of the official Olympic sponsers at the time
Sorry Jeremy,not Eurohaul

Looks like it was blue once upon a time so if it was originally blue, will go with Norman Offer.

If it was green as a trailer, then will hazard a guess at either Boyes Conning or an Old Macintyre Scott Trailer…

Roolechat there better be a bloody good prize for who ever gets this box thingy solved, half the major hauliers that were have already bin mentioned and none of them are right, so what’s the prize then ? just wonderin, Buzzer.

Horry’s approach is certainly a logical one, though I can only remember Offer’s fridges beeing white with blue signwriting. BC -I’m sure they never operate this type of trlr. MacScott ? - ticks all the boxes but is not correct
The prize? Unused Drivers voucher for 200 cigarettes or a bottle from the Duty Free- sadly can only be used on the Dragon or Leopard

It probably looked like that when they were still running

The photo of the Ford , is a British International truck, from the firms markings, on the side door, i used to haul for Tim Allen, the best days of my life, my best experience was made with BI , on Portuguese round trips , port to port, loaded trailers sent out to us in France .
The drivers were salt of the earth, made some good friends, Carl , who was subjected to a shoot out between the police and ETA terrorists in the Basque area of Spain .
Not a wind up, ask him yourself, he works in a factory in North Wales now .
He never shipped out again, bullets whizzing everywhere, is enough to put anybody off .
Peter Stainsbridge, aka Jelly Legs .
Ken Hughes, ex army, tall with a moustache .
Trevor Sweet, lived with Rosa in his cab, tramping .
Stuart Smith, aka The Animal, sadly killed in an accident with a broken down coach, on his way to Morocco .
John Covey, the Scouser .
Allan Jerrom, who went on to set up and run Interoute .
Mark and Barry Aldridge, dad and son, the old man was called Popeye , who spent their running money in the lady bars of Matosinhos and Leca de Palmeria in Porto.
They were great actors, to convince, the boss of BI in Porto, that they were robbed at night in their cabs, their trousers pockets were cut out by robbers, Manuella used to run the office there , the fire station next door, was about 50 p to use their showers .

Fine dining with fine company.
Mappo couldn’t attend due to Delhi Belly and Paul Nichols back was giving him severe pain. I hope your pain soon passes Paul and no doubt all of you has passed through Mappo.

If the Devil should cast eh, Buzzer.

Sorry to see an empty seat on Richards right side at the Kingsworthy dinner.
Chin up Tony, get well soon. Best Wishes, Ray Smyth.

Does anyone know who fist drove this truck

Now this is funny. thanks Chip- adopolus.

Got a feeling this Scania once belonged to us at DIT, may be wrong though, Buzzer.

Shouldn’t you dig the ASR thread up for that photo Buzzer? Good photo tho, colour wise for the stark contrast of the trailer.

Now listen 'ere, I wanna tell you a story…
