Hi Jimski I think Gerbil is right, you should collect up a few you have made and do a little exhibition of your work at Gaydon, not to make your head swell but I don’t think you realize how good your modelling is, and you can put the odd plastic truck kit together as well ! cheers Buzzer.
Thank you for the kind words all, I wish I could make a living at it, but there’s no chance of that as the ■■■ don’t wobble enough and the bellys a little on the large side now, but then again we all know bout that don’t we,
I can only take a certain number of models cos of table space and I’m about to build one for the show now we’ll see how it goes if it goes across the workshop like the first one I did of Gerbils I’ll be recalling a few but I hope not cos it’s getting expensive !!
Kev the Gaydon show is June 15-16, worth the drive up ! Really good day out, prob Sundays the better day

Very nice but sorry to be a bit of an anorack however if I remember correctly those early 140’s had an absolutely huge turbo, much bigger than the 141, unlike this one, the rest of the engine looks right though definitely 140 injectors and the early non viscous fan!
What you mean they got it wrong !!! Right I wanna me money back. !! They must av got a turbo from the bits bin !!
Actually it looks nice on the mantle piece that’s where it’s gonna live !!
