Hi all here’s another one that I been working on ! But messed up the screen !! right at the end of the build !!! but a bit of weathering hides a lot of sins !!
One of the more complicated builds ! Thought it would be straight forward but Nah !!
Jim
You should have said that somebody had lobbed a stone from a bridge on the mototway, everyone would have said very original
but as everyone has also said TOP TOP MODEL AGAIN!!!
Jeremy
Thankyou all your to kind !! Now then I found amongst my bits and pieces in my spare parts a windscreen for the said model so if I’m daft enough to have a go cos the screen fits in from the inside but with the aid of smoke and mirrors and a lump hammer it might fit from the outside but ill have to see !!! Cos at the moment the trailers on the bench !

Hi RJacko I’m not sure how the law stands at the moment but once your on insulin that’s when you loose your HGV. Well that is what happend to me ! But things may have changed now!
Not strictly Old Southampton but I’ll stick my neck out… New Milton Timber…but where? I’ll buy a beer to the correct guesser at “The Bash” before I show the “full picture”.

No idea where but just to say I drove for that company (and ‘Abbott & Griffiths’ their sister company) for five years from 1968 to 1973, qualified for my HGV on grandfather rights with them, happy days.

Hi Gary
Is it in Burt Bolton’s yard at Eling Wharf Totton■■?
Geez Tony, spot on first guess! I owe you a beer which I will gladly buy! Entering Poole Dock before the fences went up, in front of where the weighbridge is now.
