Long days - short days

I prefer to work 3 or 4 long days and have time off. I understand its not to everyone’s taste. It struck me today that people who do 8 or 9 hours a day can’t actually go far. I did Liverpool and back 149 miles each way. 1.5 hours to load and that accounted for a ten hour day ( short one for me )

4 long days and 3 days off would work for me

4 11-12 hour days suit me, then 4 off

I get both. Monday I worked 13 hours. Started in Stockport, and delivered to Sheffield, Boston, Norwich & North Walsham. Tuesday, I delivered to Norwich (again), Attlebrough, Coventry & Dudley before returning to Stockport, 12 hour day. Yesterday I started at 4pm, and drove to Chesterfield, 3 hours total work. Today I started at 4.45am, delivered to Shirebrook, Mansfield, Selby, &York, then collected from Leeds & Wakefield & finished at 4.15, so a 11.5 hr day. I get paid 8 hrs minimum no matter what, and am guaranteed overtime for a minute over the 8 hours.
