Probably me but while in London noticed weight limit signs with 2 weights on one 18t with usual times on 7 till midnight etc and a 7.5 t with no times can u go down them with arctic through day or not

Assuming it’s a white sign surrounded by a red circle similar to the one bellow it’s 18t GVW from 7 to midnight and 7½t the rest of the day.
So unless you have an artic with a GVW of no more than 18t which is extremely unlikely you can’t legally use the road at any time of day or night.
