Does anyone know where I can get a list of roads that I have to avoid in a 26 tonner before 7am weekdays please?

A list is easier for me to prat about with the sat nav to re-route than a map.

It’s easier to list the roads you can use. There is a website for the scheme, which has a PDF of a map of which roads you can use without a permit (they are the ones marked in green - basically most primary routes plus a few access roads to industrial areas).

Unfortunately my printer is up the swanny so printing the map out just gives a light grey spider type image on the page without the rest of the roads for reference lol

Do you have a smartphone or tablet you can download it onto?

There is a London Lorry Control Zone book that you can purchase for a tenner which shows the zone in much more detail.
