Lokking for work

Hi, cat c driver looking for a job. Will work for free  to gain experience. PM me thanks.

AN IDEA ?

No doubt you have tried the agencies but if you have a manpower one near you it might be worth giving them a try as they have the national contract with royal mail and about the middle of november they take on extra drivers for the run up to christmas  good luck

Please do not work for free.
Have respect for yourself think of how hard it was to get your licence and what it cost you.
If a boss is worth working for he will pay a reasonable wage.
Lastly dont F… It up for the rest of us.
Good luck with the job search.

Listen to alam. Don’t work for free.

There’s alot of us looking for work pal myself included, having passed my class1 in march i hold a current moffitt liscence which gives me an little head start depending on work, but the thought of working for nothing is a joke what impresion will that leave on a future boss if you become succesful in an application, if i was a boss i would take you on and take the p##s. to me it just like an apprentise staying at the same company after finishing his/her apprentership always’ classed as a apprentise and you would not be thought of as any other (not always the case but most times)
good luck in looking for work pal

oops double post

thats a great welcome pal,

I went into my local 3663 to get an application form. The personel deparment told me to register with Deployment as well as they use them for drivers.I rang deployment asked them about it .They said “Come in and register”.I went up did the registration. They were the first ones that accepted coach driving is still experiance driving large vehicles. And the likes of 3663 and Brake Brothers are willing to take new drivers

I worked for Deployment in Oldham this summer,
I got the 3663 contract,

Very hard work,
3663 is badly organised

But i did 13hr shifts Saturday at £11.50ish p/h
so thats £150 for 1 days work

Deployment gave me between
3 and 4 days work per week
Got paid on time every week
and
i got paid for every hour

So i highly recommend them.

Will defo use again in the future.
