yes it can be done but it only warn you i think some of the hig end units have poi avoid
youl need poi loader from garmins website to upload then then youll have to find a data base for europe ( some manufactuers are work on hgv specific mapping ) the files you will need have to be in .CSV format
I’ve done it with the POI uploader from the Garmin website.
The truckstop list is on there now, under the “extras” menu in “where to?”, however Alix is right, my nuvi 250w doesn’t have POI avoidance, so plotting round bridges and weight limits is a lottery.
It may seem a bit dimwitted but where on garmin’s website is the POI uploader ?

Just found this.I havent yet figured out how to upload these.
You need to find a POI converter to change any tomtom POI to garmin ones to be able to upload them. Google will help you there.
