Yep, no notice of it coming. Turned up for work Friday, hoping to get on with a normal day, to see drivers in the yard and others who were on the road were all called back in.

It’s not good. The new owners broke a great company of 30 years in 16 months…

Were just waiting to see what the administration people say.

Not sure what H&M aand the other clothing companies we delivered to are going to do short term yet either

One blaming a cyber attack, and the other blaming Close Brothers Invoice Finance, :open_mouth:

Makes you wonder how close they were sailing to the wind to start with to go under that quickly, I`d imagine Wincanton will step in on the LF milk work, seeing as they have lost the Muller job after 98 years and their kit will be looking for work pretty soon

I always assumed Culina did the Muller work as aren’t they owned by the same people?

Not likely. They can barely cope with the work they are doing now. Management is incompetent, and as for trying to run local depots from one central location… If they do, they’ll bulloks it up pretty sharpish. It’s not an easy job to take on without knowing the ins and outs of the area and the farms that you need to collect.
