Ill be overnighting up at Livingstone tomorrow night but ive never been there before, are there any nice lorry parks in the area?
The short answer is no. The Burnside at Harthill appears to be closed,which only leaves Heart of Scotland services,between gates 5&4 on the M8.Smallish parking area but there is a very under-used coach park,don’t know if it’s o.k. to park in it or not.Wild Bean Cafe on site.
Plenty of street parking in Deans Ind.Est. if you’re into roughing it 
Fairly quiet in Rankine Sq./Dunlop Sq. area,near the car auction.
if you werent such a get you could have had the spare room
