was in there this morning complete shambles,i was there 5 hours some drivers even longer we was told the canteen was for “staff only”.a big part of the problem was the poles,after tipping and collecting their paper work they went back into the waiting bay’s leaving the freighted trucks to queue right around the building,spoke to a supervisor who said they will have a booking in timed system in place instead of as long as you’re there before midday.

How is that a problem, you are either waiting in a “queue” or waiting in a “waiting bay”-----------------still waiting 
anyway, surely you should blame the “driver” at the head of the “waiting queue”, he/she should have occupied the space vacated by one of the poles when they were being tipped

don’t work like that!!!
when you book in your given a bit of paper with the vehicles reg and bay number will occupy that bay before you. it could then turn out your the 5th or 10th vehicle waiting for that bay of which they probably tip off 5 bays out of 50!!
so if your parked around the corner of the building your forever walking back and forth to see which is on your bay, you miss the slot and some ■■■■■■ will take your place.
it don’t help when the fridge and fresh lads have to book in and collect there paperwork even though they tip around the otherside of the building.
it is in essence a absolute ■■■■ take of a dump

Have to say Lidl Bridgend is run much better, but remember that’s shut at the moment so maybe WSM is a little snowed under.

Any idea when Bridgend is reopening??,I had a cracking run on a Saturday with Bridgend on it,but now it’s just Yate,Portbury then W S M
